Coordinated Disability Management (CDM) is a program that integrates personal health absence and wage replacement spanning both occupational and non-occupational lines of coverage.

CDM is specifically designed as an early intervention tool following an injury, medical procedure, or the start of a non-occupational disability.

By addressing return-to-work goals from the first day of absence and recommending appropriate medical care, MedInsights will help increase employee satisfaction and decrease direct and indirect costs to the client
