agreement and acquired the third-party administrator (TPA) assets and
managed care service operations of GAB Robins and its subsidiary
MedInsights, Inc. in September, 2010. In addition, Cunningham Lindsey
acquired GAB Robin’s U.S. loss adjusting business in January, 2011.
